Whatever your occasion, our team will work with you from start to finish to coordinate every detail, assuring that your guests are comfortable and your needs are met.

• Entire Expo Hall - 39,250 Square Feet of free-span space.
• Expo West - 24,720 Sq. Ft. - Expo East - 14,530 Sq Ft.
• In the floor Power on 30' centers for a trade show layout.
• 203 - 10x10's booths fit in the Entire Expo Hall.
• 32' ceilings with Bay Lighting.
• Secure Loading Dock with 2 truck level & 2 ground level bays.
• 2 Roll-Up Doors on the West side for additional access.
• Concessions stands are in Expo Hall West & the Lobby.
• Secure offices are in Expo Hall West and East.
• All ticketing and registration is done by the Client.

• Entire Conference Room - 10,225 Square Feet.
• Conference Room AB - 3,325 Square Feet.
• Conference Room C - 3,475 Square Feet.
• Conference Room D - 3,420 Square Feet.
• Each Conference Room has an overhead projector & wireless microphone. See Planning Guide for pricing.
• Tables & Chairs are included with the rental. Set-up fees can be found in the Planning Guide.
• Food, Beverage, and Alcohol is provided exclusively through our approved catering contractors.

• Meeting Room 1 - 696 Square Feet.
• Meeting Room 2 - 1,353 Square Feet.
• Meeting Room 3 - 696 Square Feet.
• Each Meeting Room has a 98" Monitor (connected via HDMI) which is included in the rental fee.
• Tables & Chairs are included with the rental fee. Set-up fees can be found in the Planning Guide.
• Food, Beverage and Alcohol is provided exclusively through our approved catering contractors.

• Wingspan Patio - 50' x 170' - 8,500 square foot concrete pad.
• Wingspan Lawn - 230' x 260' - 60,000 square feet of grass.
• Friendship Square - 40'x96' covered pavilion with 29,000 square feet of grass with trees.
• Festival Grounds - Over 10 acres - 435,000 square feet of grass.
• Various Lawn Areas - Sizes from 35,000 - 45,000 square feet of grass.
• There are no restrooms or handwashing stations outside.
